Next Generation

When we think about cultivating connected followers of Christ, we can’t help but think about the next generation growing up in our community of faith. It is among our greatest privileges and responsibilities to pass along our faith to those who come behind us, just as it has always been for God’s people.

“[The Lord] established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments” (Psalm 78:5–7, ESV).

Equipping children is undoubtedly the primary responsibility of parents, but our church family strives to be a strong support to moms and dads by reinforcing what their children receive at home when they participate in Fellowship’s ministries to the next generation.
