6 Months Later...
- Much of the hurricane recovery work is still incomplete
- Those with the greatest level of need often have the lowest level of access to recovery services
- Many residents of Lumberton have been waiting 6 months for assistance...
What if you could play a part in helping make the homes of those residents livable again? Would you do it?
We’re taking a team to Lumberton, and we would love for you to come with us! We’ll be serving alongside people from all over who are “family by faith,” drawn together by this labor of love!
It’s an incredible opportunity to be a tangible expression of God’s grace to people in great need. Not only that, you’ll experience an aspect of joy that can only come from serving those who have nothing to give in return.
If you’ve been looking for a way to put your faith into action, this is a trip for you!

Trip Basics
- Departing: Sunday, May 5
- Returning: Saturday, May 11
- Cost: $150 (covers lodging, background check, & three meals per day for six days) - due April 21
- Trip participants will need to bring their own sleeping gear
- Transportation & meals on the road will be provided by Fellowship Bible Church
- Age: 14+
- No construction experience or skills necessary!

The following documents need to be printed, completed, and returned by April 3 - either directly to our church office, or scanned and e-mailed to:
1. Deployment Application 
2. Spiritual Reference Form
- The Deployment Application should be completed by you, personally.
- The Spiritual Leader Reference should be completed by your Community Group or K-Group leader (or by someone else who provides spiritual leadership in your life), and returned directly to us by your spiritual leader.
