Our heart from the earliest days of our church has been to cultivate a community of faith where connection is a way of life. Honestly, that’s a great way to think about the heart of God for our broken world … reconnecting all that has been separated by sin. It’s why we have as our mission statement, “Cultivating Connected Followers of Christ.”

The Connected Life is an invitation to that kind of community. As you read, I hope you will find yourself moving at the pace of love through healing, growing and thriving with the people of God around the purposes of God.

A timeless vision for cultivating connectedness as a way of life.

We are wired for connection, yet often live without a deep sense of belonging and true intimacy. Despite the vast expanse of our digital networks, we are plagued by an epidemic of loneliness.

Having experienced seasons of isolation and the rich joy of true community, Pastor Monty Waldron invites you into The Connected Life—a vision of community rooted in God’s design for the Church. Through personal stories and biblical wisdom, he paints a stunning portrait of life transformed through deep connections, renewed purpose, meaningful service, and lasting hope.

This isn’t a book of quick fixes or shallow advice. It is a gracious invitation to heal, grow, and thrive with the people of God around the purposes of God. Whether you feel spiritually adrift or simply long for closer community, The Connected Life offers a practical path forward into the abundant relationships we are made for.

Monty has written a book about what he knows—what I’ve personally experienced in our friendship: connection.
