Gather is a monthly prayer event that brings women together to pray Scripture. Each gathering takes place for one hour on a Saturday morning at 8:00am, and centers on an important theme in the life of the church.

Hello Fellowship Men,

I sincerely want to invite you to join me this fall in working through the book (and workbook) "Changes that Heal" by Dr. Henry Cloud. I can honestly say that no other book (except for the Bible) has helped me "change", genuine, heartfelt change from the inside out, than ’Changes that Heal". Josh McDowell (world renown Christian apologist) agrees when he says: "It has affected my life more than any other book I’ve read".

When I say, "human sin and struggle", I am speaking of how our brokenness plays itself out in our daily lives. For example, anxiety, loneliness, people pleasing, grief over broken relationships, an inability to connect deeply with others from the heart, resentment, hurt, rage, fear, people pleasing, legalism, secrets, fear of failure, lying, Shame and Guilt, projecting our "stuff" on others, Reacting vs. responding, perfectionism or the need to be "perfect", not being able to be vulnerable, a lack of empathy, inability to set boundaries, insecurities, depression, personal condemnation, etc. Because these things are common with us humans, everyone will benefit from this study. 

This is not a study just for those with serious emotional and relational problems. Yes, while such people will benefit greatly, I personally do not know a single person who do not have emotional and relational struggles I have listed above. We are all part of a fallen humanity that knows what "should be" and yet are unable to live out those ideals because of our sinfulness. Cloud helps these broken parts grow and heal, thus helping us to make more of the lives God has intended for us. 

Growing into Christian maturity (or spiritual adulthood) is the goal and we, because of the way we see the world around us and our personal stories, often get stuck. Come get "unstuck" with the other men at Fellowship! 

Lastly, this study will 100% make you more usable and effective in the Kingdom of God. Whether it’s relating deeply with your family or sharing Christ with a non-believing friend, the truth (God’s truth) in "Changes that Heal" will in able you to run to the front lines of Kingdom work with a maturity that is usable in the hands of our great God.

FOUNDATIONS is comprised of four core sessions designed to intentionally grow us up to become more like Christ as a disciple and disciple maker. The material covers the basics, the foundational principles and practices that flow from an identity rooted in Christ and useful for us to faithfully live out the portrait of connected life.

Foundations 301 provides a biblical understanding of our gifting and our call to serve others and build up the body of Christ. Resources will be provided to help you discover, develop, and deploy the unique ways God has shaped you to serve.

I am excited to announce a new learning opportunity for our men.  Beginning October 9th, we will launch a 7-week “Inductive Bible Study” of the book of Titus.  This small group will meet on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 in
Room 301, at the church and will use the Precept Upon Precept® materials (ESV translation) developed by Precept® (www.precept.org).

The Inductive Bible Study method allows the student to observe the text, in order to interpret its meaning, and then consider its application to a believer’s life.  For this introductory class, the course of study will include:

• An introduction to the "Big" narrative of the Bible (the overarching story of God’s purpose and plan for mankind) and how it informs our understanding of Scripture;
• An introduction to the Inductive Bible Study method, including how to answer the “5 W’s and an H” (who, what, when, where, why, and how) and the importance of context;
• How to think about Scripture based on the historical setting of the book, the author’s grammatical construction, and its literal meaning (when appropriate);
• How to rely on the spiritual disciplines of Scripture reading, meditation, and prayer to go deeper in understanding and applying God’s word; and
• A review of select online extrabiblical resources to supplement the student’s observation, interpretation, and application of the text.

The Annual Fall Fellowship will be held on Sunday, October 15 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm!

We’ll have bounce houses, face painters, balloon artist, music, square dancing, outdoor games, smores, apple cider & hot chocolate,  warm fires, photo booths and more...

You will need to bring your own picnic dinner/drinks for your family, outdoor chairs/blankets and any balls or yard games you’d like to use. We’ll provide beverages - both hot and cold.  Please REGISTER yourself and and those in  your family who are coming so we can be ready for a totally awesome evening together. Also, what a GREAT time to bring those you know who are not a part of a local church...and to expose them to our folks and culture.

• An introduction to the Inductive Bible Study method, including how to answer the “5 W’s and an H” (who, what, when, where, why, and how) and the importance of context;
• How to think about Scripture based on the historical setting of the book, the author’s grammatical construction, and its literal meaning (when appropriate);
• How to rely on the spiritual disciplines of Scripture reading, meditation, and prayer to go deeper in understanding and applying God’s word; and
• A review of select online extrabiblical resources to supplement the student’s observation, interpretation, and application of the text.

Hello Fellowship Men,

I sincerely want to invite you to join me this fall in working through the book (and workbook) "Changes that Heal" by Dr. Henry Cloud. I can honestly say that no other book (except for the Bible) has helped me "change", genuine, heartfelt change from the inside out, than ’Changes that Heal". Josh McDowell (world renown Christian apologist) agrees when he says: "It has affected my life more than any other book I’ve read". 

Dr. Cloud is unique in that he is both a Theologian and a clinical psychologist at the prestigious Minirth-Meier Clinic. Think a "Phil Herndon" kind of guy who takes the word of God and applies it deeply to human sin and struggle. 

When I say, "human sin and struggle", I am speaking of how our brokenness plays itself out in our daily lives. For example, anxiety, loneliness, people pleasing, grief over broken relationships, an inability to connect deeply with others from the heart, resentment, hurt, rage, fear, people pleasing, legalism, secrets, fear of failure, lying, Shame and Guilt, projecting our "stuff" on others, Reacting vs. responding, perfectionism or the need to be "perfect", not being able to be vulnerable, a lack of empathy, inability to set boundaries, insecurities, depression, personal condemnation, etc. Because these things are common with us humans, everyone will benefit from this study. 

This is not a study just for those with serious emotional and relational problems. Yes, while such people will benefit greatly, I personally do not know a single person who do not have emotional and relational struggles I have listed above. We are all part of a fallen humanity that knows what "should be" and yet are unable to live out those ideals because of our sinfulness. Cloud helps these broken parts grow and heal, thus helping us to make more of the lives God has intended for us. 

Growing into Christian maturity (or spiritual adulthood) is the goal and we, because of the way we see the world around us and our personal stories, often get stuck. Come get "unstuck" with the other men at Fellowship! 

Lastly, this study will 100% make you more usable and effective in the Kingdom of God. Whether it’s relating deeply with your family or sharing Christ with a non-believing friend, the truth (God’s truth) in "Changes that Heal" will in able you to run to the front lines of Kingdom work with a maturity that is usable in the hands of our great God.

I am excited to announce a new learning opportunity for our men.  Beginning October 9th, we will launch a 7-week “Inductive Bible Study” of the book of Titus.  This small group will meet on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 in
Room 301, at the church and will use the Precept Upon Precept® materials (ESV translation) developed by Precept® (www.precept.org).

The Inductive Bible Study method allows the student to observe the text, in order to interpret its meaning, and then consider its application to a believer’s life.  For this introductory class, the course of study will include:

Gather is a monthly prayer event that brings women together to pray Scripture. Each gathering takes place for one hour on a Saturday morning at 8:00am, and centers on an important theme in the life of the church.
