Events

If you’re new, we want to invite you to attend Connecting Point from 10:15-11am on the second Sunday of every month at our Blackman Campus. These brief receptions will help you discover if Fellowship might become your church home. You’ll meet some great people, hear a little about the heart of our church and have an opportunity to ask questions. Children are invited and activities and brunch will be provided.

What crowns are discussed in the Bible? What crowns are available to believers? Why do believers receive crowns? What is the purpose of the crowns believers receive? As women... can we BE a crown? We will dive deep into these questions and find the treasures to the answers in our Fall Study, Crowned: Life | Righteousness | Eternity. Different seasons call for different ways to study the Word. We are providing two study options: 

• Companion (devotion style with scripture, questions, and summary; about 10 -15 minutes each day)
• Inductive (cross references, word studies, and creating space for Scripture to interpret Scripture—will take your personal study of the Bible to the next level; each day is 30-45 minutes)

We do not review our daily work, so regardless of study choice, you will be able to fully participate in the weekly gatherings. 

Childcare is available.

Home for the Holidays is an annual tradition of our church. On the last Sunday of the calendar, December 28, we ask you not to come to church but to be the church gathering at home and worshipping with family and friends! Our church offices will be closed the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Young adults (ages 18-28) are invited to connect with our new ministry group! We meet weekly, 6:30-8:30pm on Tuesdays. There will be a mixture of Bible study, praise & worship, and just good ol' hangin out. Our heart is that this would be a life-changing place to connect with others in this season of life.

FOUNDATIONS is comprised of four core sessions designed to intentionally grow us up to become more like Christ as a disciple and disciple maker. The material covers the basics, the foundational principles and practices that flow from an identity rooted in Christ and useful for us to faithfully live out the portrait of connected life.

In Foundations 101 we want to take you deeper into the gospel-rooted DNA of Fellowship. We’ll look at the foundations that ground our church: our mission, vision, and values, and what it means for each of us to authentically work out and walk out our faith.

This is a monthly one-hour prayer gathering of women.

It’s time for our 5th annual "PPP"- Pig, Partnership and Prayer! 

It’s a night where YOU get to eat some of the best food you have ever put in yo mouth, cooked by FBC’s finest. Yep, we have a 10 member cook team plus a little help from an incredible outside caterer that will leave you full and satisfied.

Plus, it’s an awesome environment to get to know another man at FBC that you do NOT know. You’ll get time to engage each other on both the fun and funny stuff, your story, your heart in wanting to follow Christ and what you need each other to pray for...for each other. 

They will also be some competitive trivial games in which the winners will be richly rewarded with some cool prizes. 

The bottom line is that our annual "PPP" is lots of FUN, FOOD AND FELLOWSHIP which EVERY man NEEDS! In addition, it’s a fantastic opportunity to INVITE another man (Christian who is struggling or looking a church OR even a Non Christian that you are praying for), so as you sign yourself up, please add anyone you bring.

Ascend is a community-wide event (several youth groups throughout the area) where students spend the weekend in host homes with their small groups, their small group leaders, and a host home family from their church. We will have three community-wide worship sessions at One Church Calvary with the other youth groups and four small group sessions in our host homes. Expect lots of fun, laughter, fellowship, missions, games, and memories.

FOUNDATIONS is comprised of four core sessions designed to intentionally grow us up to become more like Christ as a disciple and disciple maker. The material covers the basics, the foundational principles and practices that flow from an identity rooted in Christ and useful for us to faithfully live out the portrait of connected life.

The foundational focus of 401 is found in the Great Commission, Christ’s final words to the church to make disciples. We will wrestle with the call to discipleship to both evangelize and equip, and with the stewardship of all our resources for the advance of His Kingdom.

Dinner and childcare is provided. Please register your children who will be attending and needing childcare.

If you’re new, we want to invite you to attend Connecting Point from 10:15-11am on the second Sunday of every month at our Blackman Campus. These brief receptions will help you discover if Fellowship might become your church home. You’ll meet some great people, hear a little about the heart of our church and have an opportunity to ask questions. Children are invited and activities and brunch will be provided.

This annual event offers a morning among ladies, sipping tea and visiting with friends. We will spend time in prayer and hear about Woven prayer gatherings and upcoming events.
